From choosing a product to receiving it — every detail agreed with you.
1. Send your order
Choose a product, size and quantity, add it to the cart and leave your contact details. For items priced on request, use the inquiry form on the product page.
2. We confirm the details
Our team contacts you to check availability, measurements, address, the total price and timing. Submitting the form does not start production or dispatch without confirmation with you.
3. Delivery by arrangement
Shipping is not included in the cart subtotal. It depends on the destination, dimensions and contents of the parcel. The charge and expected delivery time are confirmed before dispatch. Delivery outside Serbia requires a separate availability and terms check.
4. Cash on delivery
Payment is made in cash when you receive your parcel. The website does not request card details or collect payments online.
Made-to-measure products
Prices per meter or m² calculate the selected quantity. Final measurements, any minimum billable size, sewing and fitting charges are confirmed separately before production.
Receiving your order
Check the parcel when it arrives. If you notice damage or a discrepancy, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us review it.
