How to order products and arrange services with Dućan Zavesa.
Products and prices
All listed prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD). The pricing unit appears with the product: piece/roll, meter or m². Cart prices are checked when you submit. If a price has changed, the new amount is shown and you are asked to review the order again.
Order confirmation
A received order has its own reference. Availability, selected options, the final amount including delivery and timing are confirmed by phone. Items priced on request require an individual quote.
Photographs and selection
Photographs show models from the catalog. Colors on a screen may differ from the actual material. Before custom production, we recommend checking the sample, measurements and finish.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference to request a change or cancellation. If custom production or dispatch has started, we will explain which changes are possible.
Complaints and returns
For a complaint, cancellation or return inquiry, call us or write to info@ducanzavesa.com. Include your order reference, contact details and the reason for your request. The procedure and return eligibility depend on the product, purchase arrangement and whether it was made to your measurements. This information does not limit your statutory rights.
